Is shipping included?

Shipping is free on orders listed through the website.  For larger orders, including weddings & wholesale, shipping & handling ranges from $15.00-$20.oo depending on weight & shipping location

Are you a licensed vendor & working out of a licensed kitchen?

Yes, Flour & Fig is a licensed business with the City of Chicago, as well as, Schiller Park.  Molly, the pastry chef, is also up to date on all sanitation certifications.  All sweet treats are made out of MyKitchens LLC, a licensed & inspected kitchen in Schiller Park, Illinois.

Why do you charge 10.25% sales tax?

The state of Illinois, Cook County and Chicago each require that tax is charged for every sale.

How do you handle allergies?

Food products by Flour & Fig are produced with or in a kitchen that also uses nuts, dairy & gluten.

For weddings, do you have a minimum order requirement?

We require a minimum order of 40 lollipops for weddings.  We also require a 50% deposit to book Flour & Fig for your upcoming event.  Feel free to email us with more questions regarding your event or to read through our contract: hello@flourandfig.com

How much notice is needed for orders?

All lollipops are made fresh to order & are shipped within 5-7 days of ordering. For larger or customized orders, we require at least a 4 week notice.  Please contact us for all customized orders and we will try to accommodate you as best we can.

Do you deliver? Where do you ship?

All lollipops are shipped.  If you live in the Chicago area and would like to pick your lollipops up, please email us: hello@flourandfig.com  We will ship anywhere in the continental U.S.

What is your return policy?

All lollipops are final sale.  However, it is important to us that our customers are happy.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Flour & Fig within 3 business days of receiving your order and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  If, for some reason, your card is not working, please contact Flour & Fig so we can resolve the issue in a timely manner.

How long do the lollipops last? 

Lollipops will keep 3-4 weeks, but can keep much longer is stored properly in an airtight container in low humidity (a ziplock bag is perfect).

Are the flowers edible? 

All flowers are completely edible and most have little to no flavor.
